If we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, conduct an investigation, and may permanently close the account and void all transactions conducted during the period of underage use.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your OkeBet 8 account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. Most deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. OkeBet 8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to OkeBet 8 is a serious breach of these Terms. OkeBet 8 will immediately suspend your account upon becoming aware of any chargeback attempt and will pursue recovery of any funds reversed through all available legal means.

OkeBet 8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by OkeBet 8 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus Abuse: OkeBet 8 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements (e.g., placing offsetting bets);
• Providing false information to qualify for a bonus;

Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses: OkeBet 8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body or event organizer. OkeBet 8 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or delay settlement where the integrity of an event is in question.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on OkeBet 8. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude OkeBet 8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OkeBet 8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Closure by You: You may close your OkeBet 8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Closure by OkeBet 8: OkeBet 8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• OkeBet 8 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
